Direct to Film
Direct to film, commonly known as DTF, is a process in which a graphic printed onto a piece of film with various colored inks is applied to an apparel item. This pre-printed film is bonded to the garment through heat and pressure from a heat-press machine.
Instructions
- SET HEAT PRESS AT 310 F
- HEAVY PRESSURE
- PRE PRESS FOR 10- 15 SECONDS
- PLACE TRANSFER ON SHIRT
- PRESS FOR 20 SECONDS; LET COOL THEN PEEL
- AFTER FILM HAS BEEN REMOVED, RECOVER PRINT WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
- PRESS AGAIN FOR 15 SECONDS

Sublimation
Sublimation consists of specialized ink and paper; once exposed to heat and pressure, the inks turn into a gas and permanently fuse into POLYESTER fibers.
- There is no texture to sublimation. It simply dyes the fibers.
- The higher the polyester content, the more vibrant the colors.

- 385-400 degrees F
- 45-55 seconds
- Medium pressure
Requirments
- Heat Press or Easy Press (no iron)
- White or Light Colored Fabric (white and light heather grey are the best choices)
- Garment MUST be at least 50% polyester, the higher the poly content the more vibrant the colors (lower poly content gives a vintage look and will fade faster).

- Digitizing – Will quote upon seeing graphic or design; Minimum $35
- Art fee – $15.00
- There will be an additional $0.50 fee for over 10 thread colors in one logo/ piece
